Once a plan is agreed to by all stakeholders, Starmount takes a leadership role in project execution. We evaluate, track and communicate status on issue resolution, risk mitigation and milestones. As projects progress, they often encounter unknown issues that require swift and effective action. We can identify these obstacles and navigate the project past them and quickly put the project back on track.
